COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

A Danish classic but not one that I have had that often. A Christmas beer but a little lighter than most of its peers. Sweet notes but also suprisingly acidic for a beer of this type. Had it new year’s eve 2012.

Clear copper colour with tiny off-white head. Mild malty aroma with mild bitterness and notes of alcohol. Flavour is bitter with lots of alcohol and maltiness. The bitterness in not present in a nice way. Dryish malty and bitter aftertaste.

Little head, amber. nose with bacon, caramel. Would be nice in a wine, but in a beer?? After a sip it changes and is much lighter with a little dry caramel and some body. Medium body and length. Light taste of caramel. a bit thin for the alc volume.
