Bottle. Nice full malt aroma with a caramel hint. Full bodied with notes of caramel, chocolate and a sweet malt flavor. Sweet yet balanced palate. Nice.

Amber with a low, but dense head. Fruti and malty aroma - like caramelbutter. The flavour is sweet, a bit cloying but with a nice hoppy finish.

13-DEC-2009, bottle @home. It has been some years since I tried this last time. Back then it was one of the best danish X-mas brews, but since then many danish breweries have emerged. It pours amber, with a nice almost white head. Malty with some bitterness on the nose, but not just from hops, or? Quite creamy, high carbonation, quite strong, you can feel al the 7%. Well still a good beer, but noway near the top danish X-mas brews of today.

Bottle. Lovely amber, the aroma is sugar and not much else. Thick, syrupy malt with an alcohol edge. Bitter finish, but the beer does not quite balance out. This is beer from before the craft revolution.

Bottle. Weak malt aroma. Golden amber colour with small beige haed. Rather bitter flavour mixed with malts. No surprises, just above average for a vienna.
