Aug 13, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Clear, reddish colour (like strawberry champagne), no head whatsoever but lots of carbonation. Slightly sweetish from the added elderberry juice with only a vague hint of bitterness. Unpleasant tang of brewing syrup. More soda pop than beer. 190103
