COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Higher standards than typical Carlsberg, or in general Danish. But still old-fashioned and very boring. It looks great though, until you taste it... If I wanna drink stout-like staff, I’ll stick to my Beamish or even -if I have to- good old Heineken’s Irish cousine Murphy....

A straight up porter and one of the best Carlsberg beers out there. Chocolate and molasses, thick head and a deep dark character. Tried this with the Mortensens in Grasten in 2009.

Bottle. Pours almost pitchblack with a one-finger brown head. The aroma is of roasted malts. Has a sweet taste of roasted malts, chocolate, ash, sugar and cream. Mouthfeel is around medium. Pretty good mass-market porter. I lke it.

Litt for kort skum. Vandi, metallisk ettersmak. God valuta for en billig penge.
