Good mouth-feel. Nice color. Big bubbles in the carbonation and head retention could be better, but in all honesty really good head is hard to find. A nice brew for those who like strong beer. trapez (840), Hilleroed, Denmark

Rotten apples perhaps? hmm? pale yallow and a nice white head. I didn’t notice any real carbonation. tasted like Malt and rubbing alcohol. I’m one who loves malty beer but there wasn’t enough there to balance out the rubbing alcohol taste which was just nasty. Did not go down smooth at all. Glad I tried it but can honestly say I don’t want any more. EVER! afireinside96 (842), Mountville, Pennsylvania, USA

I could not even get halfway through my glass. what a waste of time and money. DandyWolfFloyd (331), Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, USA

The aroma is malty and grassy. It’s appearance is yellow and ordinary. Its taste is not unusual, but not good either, with a definite grassy taste. I always say it’s important to be distinct, but not in this way. It’s not particularly easy on the palate either. This is not enjoyable. FatTony (121), Augusta, Georgia, USA

The aroma is all yeast and pizza dough. Typical malt liquor taste, slightly metallic with a strong alcohol taste. Highly carbonated. I suspect most malt liquors of being cheap alcohol delivery systems, fair only. kidmartinek (1004), austin, Texas, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Apr 3, 2008 Pours a darker golden color. Smells like swwet malt and is a little fruity like apples. Head is 2 inches but quickly shrinks. Flavor is of old nasty malt, fruity esters and alcohol. The regular Carlsberg lager is much better.
