Golden pour with white head with a skunky aroma. Lacing! a 5 for sure. a hoppy bitter taste that I can’t but my finger on. But its not good. Real stale citrus? Last time for me with this one. Kind of reminded me of college and malt liquor.

Dec 31, 2009 A very strong lager, with characteristics normally found in an ale.
Deep, orange-tan color, with a white head that lasts fairly long, but then suddenly dissipates into nothingness. Caramel like nose, with some fruitiness and bubblegum seeping through.
Very strong, almost sugary malt flavor, with a fair amount of hop flavor and bitterness off setting some of the sweetness.
One main detractor in this brew is the alcohol; you can taste it, especially as the beer starts to warm, and almost takes on a "rubbing alcohol" character. Had it not been for the latter, this beer may have rated higher, for it’s not a bad effort.

Dec 23, 2009 12oz bottle. Poured a golden yellow with a large white head. Smell is grainy and mildly sweet smelling. Taste is alcohol and a bit of bitterness, sort of sweet. Tastes like malt liquor. The finish was dry and very alcoholic. The body was medium.

Dec 19, 2009 Pours a orange yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet malts with a hint of alcohol. Flavor matches the aroma and is pretty smooth. Drinkable.

Dec 19, 2009 Can. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head. Malty, light grainy aroma with some alcohol. The flavour is rather alcoholic with some caramel, light fruit and light hops.

Nov 26, 2009 Bottle. Poured a weak amber with a near white head. Aroma was full of sweet malts and even a bit of honey. Flavor was a bit overly sweet with an alcohol bite at the end.

Nov 17, 2009 Bottle. Pours clear gold with a rocky white head that doesn’t last long. Grainy aroma with a soapy undertone, not very nice. Flavour is malty and slightly sweet with hints of caramel and citrus. Thin mouthfeel with a lot of carbonation and a lingering woody, metallic finish. Drinkable on a hot day but overall not particularly good.

Nov 6, 2009 This beer is great for the alchohol content and being that its a malt beverage. The smell is skunky and the taste is a bit weak other than sugar malts.
