COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

CPH2200 (288) - DENMARK - JUL 28, 2013
UPDATED: JUL 30, 2013 33 cl can. This is identical to carlsberg lager except for the higher abv. Golden colour, not really pale, no rice or corn used. Malty, slightly metallic, maybe due to canning. Some hoppy bitternes, a decent mainstream lager if that’s all you have access to.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2013 Quite a sickly sweet aroma, taste had a harder metallic edge, but it?s somewhat empty, doesn?t really go anywhere. Poor.

Bottle. Pale lager - yes - but I have to admit the head and lacing are good. Smells soapy citrus with a bittersweet, bready, skunky, washing up liquid finish. Not the worst but mediocre.

McWorta (580) - LUXEMBOURG - SEP 14, 2012
Yellow colour, nice white head. Rather fizzy and lively on the tongue. Noses of bit straw/hay and hops. Has hints of spices to it compared to the ordninary Carlsberg. Light body, thin texture. Goes down well - finish is brief but acceptably pleasant.

Can 550ml. Looks, smells and tastes like a mass produced euro lager. OK for what it is and nicer than the 'normal' carlsberg. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
