Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Clear, golden beer with a small offwhite head. Grainy, lightly fruity nose with some heather. Grain, malt, some fruit and heather in the flavor as well. Thin to medium body, slightly dry. Weak, grainy and quite boring beer. (070512)

Draught at KØ07, (Sommer Kvass Ale). Hazy copper colour with small floaties. Small stable head. The flavour reminds me mostly of rye bread with some roasted rye. Anis aftertaste.

Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007. Pours a clear yellow color with a white head. Sweet malty and spicy aroma. Sweet malty and grainy flavor with some spicy hints. Has a sweet malty and grainy finish.

Draught. Pours a nice golden colour. Aroma is sweet with fruits and herbs. The flavour is sweet, spiced, hoppy and bit malty. Interesting but not that tasty.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Clear golden. Perfumy elderberry aroma. Sweet and light bodied. Very perfumy, with an artificial touch. No malt to back the elderflower and citrus, and no hops to forgive it. Low bitterness.

Sample at Copenhagen beerfestival. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt and hops with some citrus. Ok and refreshing.

Draft. A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty and very grainy, but also with light notes of straw. The flavor is rather sweet with strong notes of straw and grain, leading to a dry and very bitter end. The body is a bit on the thin side, but all in all a very refreshing beer. This is a fusion of a Kvass and an ale (probably a bitter) - I think the fusion works quite well.
