Bottle, KØ11. Caramelly aroma and flavour. Clear amber colour. Very small white head. Caramelly, hint of rye note and green apple. OK mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with a medium off whiet head. The aroma is sweet malty, caramel and light spices. The flavour is caramel, dark fruit, yeast and butter.

Bottle at København ØLfestival 2011. Clear amber/orange- white head. Caramel, fruity, bread, phenols, dried fruits, sweetness, brown sugar, riped fruits. Plain.

Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium orange colour with virtually none head. Aroma is light heavy malty, toasted - caramel, almond - marzipan. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20110527]

Bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Clear orange coloured with a small white head. Malty aroma of caramel and bread with notes of dried fruits. Sweet flavour of malts, caramel and bread. Malty finish.

27-MAY-2011, bottle @Copenhagen BeerFestival 2011. They poured this by mistake, so small sample for free:) Clear amber with almost no head. Brown sugar, very sweet, charamelly and fruity. Very low bitterness. Standard X-mas brew.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted dark malty and slight breadish. Sweet, slight phenolic and breadish malty. Bitter and dry malty to phenolic finish.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Light beige head. Aroma of sweetness, fruits, bread. Flavour of fruits, swweetness, sugar. Medium bodied. Sweetish and fruity end.

Sample @ CBF. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, marzipan and hops.
