Drank this out of a 440ml can. Pale straw colour. Crumby head. Faint lager malt aroma. Taste was reasonably refreshing. Overall really quite poor. ABV 3.8%

Equilibrada e resfrescante., esta lager de grande distribuiÁ„o impressiona quando falamos de paladar. Apesar do aroma n„o ser o forte a Carlsberg pode ser degustada com tranquilidade pelos melhores bebedores de cerveja do mundo

Well I might prefer it to fosters. MIGHT. But saying that 98% of beer is better than Fosters. The problem is I think it's not as nice as carling, and giving that 97% of beer is nicer than carling that's not saying much! It tastes of adjuncts. That sweet corn flavour. And I had it from a chilled keg. I have had this at room temperature before and then it's horrible. Does its job though- super chilled lout juice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

440ml can, chilled. Pale yellow straw colour, foam white head and a weak malty aroma. Taste is thin, malt with hay notes. Watery mouth feel, gasey.

275ml bottle. Pours clear light amber with thin to moderate head. Like most macro European lagers it actually looks pretty good in the glass. Surprisingly decent aroma which promises flavour that just isnít there. Weak, watery, incredibly bland. Certainly among the worst of European lagers.

A pale yellow coloured beer with a weak white head. No aroma to speak of. Fizzy mouthfeel. The taste is weak, bland, attempts at malt but fails miserably.

Can. Straw, white head. Nose is earth, metal, rotten corn. Taste is less offensive. Sweet corn, hay, straw, grass. Better than the American BMCís, in my opinion.

On tap at Gemini restaurant, Tamworth. Slightly surprising - this actually looked appetising with a good sized, long-lasting head and lacing. The best compliment I can give this is it didnít do anything to offend me: the aroma - what little there was of it - was slightly metallic yeast without any nasty skunkiness; the taste was mildly bitter and a bit watery but drinkable, lacking any artificial sweetness that plagues so many of this style; and the mouthfeel was...ok. This is certainly much better than the Export which admittedly isnít much of a yardstick. Not awful but very plain.
