A very watery lager. Pale yellow, not much going on in the smell or flavour, slightly metallic. Very drinkable, but not one to come back to.

Can from a cornershop. County # 44. Pours pale straw colured with a small white head. Aroma is metallic, some citric. Taste is very shy, there is some grainy malts, but just enough to seperate this from water.

Pours yellow, finge white head. Smell super sweet grainy lager. Taste wet hay and a bit of a bite on the end. Light body. Ok, what you would expect.

Light pour, minimal head, no real aroma, sour taste, nothing special to it, itís price in comparison to other beers in England is the only advantage it has

Remember the "Probably the best lager in the world" TV ads back in the 70s and 80s? I thought that a joke when I used to pinch the odd can from my Dadís stash in our garage when I was far too young to be drinking.. At least it seemed to taste of something back then, but now itís even lost the metallic twang that I remember! "Probably the blandest lager in the world"? This really is as close to carbonated mineral water as Iíve tasted since Lucky lager in the Buda bottles. Ashamed to think that this is brewed in the UK!..
