Can into a pint glass...Pours a pissy super clear, light white head, gone right away...The smell and taste are both just god awful. Aroma is light hops with skunkiness. The taste is skunky too but has a horrible aftertaste that is just so bitter piss water it almost makes me choke when I swallow.

tap@bar: macro pale lager, very middling, very inoffensive, I can make out some corn and fleeting hops

A watery boring mass produced beer. this was a big hit back in the 70’s as all the locals thought it was an import. Typical lager with all the bells and whistles, made for the masses.

Draught@Radisson Royal Hotel Bar, Copenhagen. Bought for me by a colleague and drunk to be polite. Actually not as completely foul as anticipated, just deeply bland and lacking in all areas. I suppose at least it was fresh being so close to the source. Faced with a choice between this and a soft drink I would probably go for the latter every time in order to save my liver for more worthy drinks that have some flavour to them. As shit mass produced pissy lagers go its probably not as bad as the likes of Fosters/Carling, but it ploughs a similar furrow.

Bottle. Tried at Wembley Stadium prior to Birmingham Citys stupendous Carling Cup victory. A massive £4.20 a pint it was pretty band but with more taste than I had expected. Some biiterness, quite smooth and drinkable if theres nothing else around. As my son Adam pointed oit it was quite ironical that this was the only beer available at a final sponsored by Carling. A choice of evils I suppose. What a match though!

Clean, crisp, euro lager. There is really not much more to say, it’s good after a hot days work.

Probably erm... yeah... a beer... I think. I’m not sure. I’ve had worse, I’ll have to admit.

Light yellow colour with little head. Aroma is quite hoppy and grainy. Taste is malty with some corn and a light bitter hoppy finish. Not bad but "Probably not the best beer in the world".
