COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Not the worst pale lager with a good graininess to it along with a very crisp flavor, although the skunkiness of it is almost as much as Moosehead.

Tasted on 1/28/11 from a 330mL bottle purchased from Cost Plus in the Beers of the World pack. Pours clear light orange with a thick white head that slowly recedes to thick lace. The nose is light hay malt, some corn, light sweetness, and hops that have some floral and earthy qualities. The flavor is lightly sweet hay malt up front, some corn on the middle, and lightly bitter and earthy hops on the back. The body is very light with lively carbonation and a shorty lightly bitter hops finish.

UPDATED: JAN 23, 2011 330 ml. Bottle. Lager Glass. Poured a foamy white head that vanished in about a minute. Left a bit of lace on the surface and on the glass. Color is a clear gold. Aroma is dominated by malt. Cereal and bread aroma. Malt up front strong and sweet with flavor, tastes of cereals and sugar. Undertones of hop, and finishes slightly bitter. Crisp and clean. Standard mass market lager.

Not good, not bad. Not really into musky beers, but all around a decent beer for a huge company conglomerate beer. Not too shabby.

Clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is light malty and not much else. It has a light sweetness followed by a slight bitterness. A bit watery. 180111

Bottle. Pours the standard pee-yellow that you’d expect. Doesn’t smell as, frankly, off-putting as some of these macro lagers can get. Flavor is meh...some straw/hay...not much hoppiness, no malt.
