2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 angrybeerman (258) - Dublin, IRELAND - SEP 1, 2009
UPDATED: OCT 4, 2009 Golden colour with a little head. Had a weak malty taste. No real aroma. No great taste either. A bit refreshing but there are much better drinks that can fill that role. A drink and nothing else.
4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 20/20 Jacobsen (29) - ITALY - AUG 29, 2009
UPDATED: SEP 15, 2010 This beer it’s my favourite, because has a good balance of bitter and aromas.
The smells is rich in cereals with a touch of hop aroma.
The tap Danish version is more better than the others.

New Tasting 24.07.2010, 0,5l PET Bottle as Carlsberg HOF, 4,2% ABV, Swedish version. Nice bitterness. 15.01.2011, 0,5l PET Bottle labeled carlsberg export, abv 5,1. From Systembolaget Charlottenberg. This beer has a lovely aromatic hopping, so I changed the rating from 2,4 to 2,7.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 drowland (3569) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - AUG 26, 2009
I was expecting this to be skunky, but it wasn’t luckily. It’s just fine, but it’s far from anything special.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 bulldogops (311) - Alberta, CANADA - AUG 26, 2009
UPDATED: JUL 9, 2010 On tap at Elephant and Castle. Clear yellow pour with a moderate white foam, mild retention. Aroma is sweet malts, barley. Taste is fairly bland, weak malty taste, corn, very mild hops. Finish is dry, but crisp. Refreshing, but boring.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 ChainGangGuy (3682) - Canton, Georgia, USA - AUG 25, 2009
UPDATED: AUG 27, 2009 11.2 ounce bottle - $1.49 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a clear, golden body with a moderate-sized, white head.
Smell: As expected, the handsome green bottle has left this skunked. I’ll take a few minutes to organize the cans of soup in my pantry, giving it time to waft away. BAK! Alright, so it’s lightly sweetish malts flecked by some metallic hints.
Taste: Light pale maltiness with some grainy hints and a soft cereal sweetness and a perceived touch of light corn syrup. Yeah, there’re those metallic hints again, as if the change from my $1.49 bottle was somehow planted in my bottle. Floral, subtly spicy hops with a mild bitterness. Finishes drying and crisp, but those metallic hints just won’t let up.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Pass. The skunkiness was hindering, but they completely lost me at the metallic tastes. I would like to look at your coin collection, not lick it.
1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 fidelis83 (1261) - Clinton, Iowa, USA - AUG 11, 2009
Pours pale gold with a thin, fluffy white head that has poor retention. Aroma is sweet malt, grits, a hint of grass and minerally wet limestone. Flavor is sweet malt, planty hops, grassy hops, mineral water, more grass and mineral to the finish. Palate is thin, prickly and somewhat dry throughout. Average, pale lager, maybe a little better, inoffensive, but very weak nose and flavor.
