On tap @ Copper Gate. Pours pale yellow with thin head. Minimal aroma. Taste is bland mild lager with strong corn notes. Not offensive but not much going on either.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: JUL 7, 2014 Nothing good about this beer, don’t know why I wasted money buying it. Even on draft, it’s bland, thin, grainy straw taste, metallic aroma, weak appearance. Now I thought the aroma was decent, standard sweet pale malt, but it went downhill from there. Appearance was a pale yellow with fizzy carbonation. Taste was pale malt, maybe some hoppy bitterness, for the bottled version the finish was the downfall, an odd astringent artificial bitterness, truly made me cringe. On draft finishes cleaner than the bottled version but still doesn’t strike me as refreshing. I recommend any European macro lager, except maybe Tuborg (which is also brewed by Carlsberg) over this one. Will be avoiding this going forward.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Clear light yellow golden with minimal head. Aroma is what I would expect, slight grass, straw. Grain. Corn. Very mild bitterness. Sweet but nearly as much so as the more familiar American macro lagers. Ordinary but does better than many of its peers.

Tap @ Jäähovi, my bachelor party.
Quite dark orange clear beer with no head at all. Aroma has cardboard and corn. Flavor is honeyish sweet with some cardboard and corn. Palate is watery thin with sparkling carbonation. Medium strong bite of bitterness on the finish, some crispness. Not totally hopeless but not enjoyable by any means.

Rather hoppy and bitter but develops a slight honey flavor which brings a touch of sweetness quite well balanced.

11.2 ounces from the bottle. Pours a nice gold color with a thin head. Light aroma of malt. Tastes crisp and is refreshing with no bitter after taste. Nice beer.

Single bottle from World Market. Hmmm, expectations are low, due in part to the green bottle. (Green bottle = crap beer). Pours a light gold color with a slight white head. Aroma is light, taste is, well, average. A typical boring euro macro beer.
