Previously sold in the UK in gold coloured labels/cans as Carlsberg Export. The current UK Carlsberg Export is the same as the standard Carlsberg Export.

Poured from a can. Light, weak, watery. Thin mouthfeel. Slightly skunky. Better than some light lagers, but not something I’ll return to often. Mostly had to try it for the novelty.

En pression dans une brasserie parisienne, légère mousse, couleur jaune pale, une bière désaltérante et rafraîchissante pour l’été.

Pale color, no head. Thin body and bellow average carbo .Metalic taste with a bit of hops. Dry finish .One more beer for people who don’t resist the power of marketing.

Bottle at a sports pub while watching women’s basketball (Lithuania won). Clear bright gold in colour, active bubbling almost until the end, small and brief white head. On the nose it’s kinda stale wet hay and grassy, not at all exciting, but not at all bad. Tastes of fake hoppy bitterness, grainy sweet and grassy, quite tolerable though. Dryish on the palate. Active carbonation, but the overall flatness prevents it from any crispness or from being refreshing. Yea, there was a period I thought this was prime shit.

Drank at S&G big pilsener tasting, blindly comparing 24 pilseners. Taste for most pilseners was the same, some grains, bit hoppy, quite malty and mostly bit metallic.

25cl bottle. A traditional well-known lager, in its lovely green bottle. Great sweet bitter balance, and nicely coloured too. A watery mouth and pale taste prevails however.

Clear light golden, unstable airy white head. Sweetish malty flavour and aroma. Dry with hints of hops. Fresh and clean finish. Certainly drinkable when ice cold.

BOTTLE 50CL. Bottled 23-ARP-2015 by Carlsberg Ukraine at 5% ABV. Clear yellow, a creamy off-white head. A sweet malty aroma, sweet bread. some grassy and lemony hops. The taste is malt sweetness, grassy, quite sweet but with enough herbal and slightly pungent hop bitterness in the finish. Not that bad.
