Previously sold in the UK in gold coloured labels/cans as Carlsberg Export. The current UK Carlsberg Export is the same as the standard Carlsberg Export.

Don’t really have much to say about this mass market lager. Drinkable but just the usual stuff.

Bottle. Clear golden, small dissappearing white head. Weak aroma of hops and malt, thin taste of straw and bread, shotr bitter aftertaste. Pretty average european lager.

Draught pint. Clear amber colour, decent white head. Very little in aroma or taste - sharp bitterness to end.

Bottiglia. Ennesima lager industriale, colore giallo oro perfettamente trasparente con una schiuma non persistente, di definire aroma e sapori non ne parliamo.

330 ml can labeled as Carlsberg Copenaghen 1847 (5% ABV, brewed in Italy). Pale golden yellow, crystal clear, with a tiny, non persitent white head. The smell is quite unpleasent right away. Just a mix of dirty washing machine water, urine, boiled corn and wet grass. Relatively better in the mouth, decent bitterness, not as sweet as many others macro pale lagers, but the finish and the aftertaste is again quite repulsive. Average carbonation, light body, slightly creamy texture. Yuck!

A typical lager from a large brewery. It’s light, slightly bitter and malty. Nothing special and nothing that stands out. Quite watery. Little taste at all.

Can 33cl. Small white head. Light clear pilsener color. Not too carbonated. Aroma of rainwater, malt. Hint of wort. Watery. Taste is not much. Hint of malt. Watery again. Easy drinkable.

Decent aroma with hints of malt sweetness and some hops. Yellow colour with very small, short-lasting head. Too high carbonation. Enjoyable taste with noticeable bitterness, but with too much sweetness. Not so bad lager, but it could be a bit more dry.

Pale yellow color, thin head. The nicest thing I can say is it is drinkable, no unpleasant tastes or aromas. Not worth the calories though, next time I'll have a glass of water and my liver will thank me. Aroma is minimal effervescent maybe a hint of wet clean paper. Flavor is sugary sweet with a hint o artificial hop. Almost undetectable bitterness
