2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 UM02 (268) - Quebec, CANADA - FEB 11, 2013
Tastes like water with some artificial beer flavouring added. Only positive is that the fact it is so watery makes it drinkable.

Bouteille, version Canadienne.

I’m not a big fan of light beer but this one is a exception. Nothing too interesting but nothing offensive. A little watery for my liking but it is a light beer.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 cyrenaica (941) - Milton, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 7, 2007
For a light beer, this my preference so far. Much better than any other Light beer I’ve tried. The aroma here is similar to the main brand, so much so that I am unable to tell the difference. Again, like the main brand, it is golden in colour with a mouthfeel that is not offensive to the tongue. However, the flavour has slightly less bite than the parent brew.

bottle: Perhaps my had skunked but this was brutal crap. You know when you have the PC Light & it tastes better something is wrong. Perhaps the worst beer I"ve had in years.

big corn nose, straw coloured, again corn flavour, some bitterness like stale old hops and very watery.

Shared a case of this stuff with my bro who just had a baby. People will be in and out of his house all week long, gotta have a supply of something.... Cracked a few open for myself for a review - corn aroma, light gold colour, watery flavour - typical light beer. However, I can actually taste some malt and there’s even hints of hop here and there in the finish. On top of that the head was very thick and left some lacing. Definitely the best light beer I’ve had and better than some of the regular macro lagers out there.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 CanadaCam (109) - CANADA - AUG 5, 2006
Corny aroma. Very light in colour. Still, it has the slight burnt taste that Carlsberg full-strength has, yet this one isn’t nearly as good.
Overall, the only comment I can make is that this is the best of the light beers, but that’s not saying much.

On tap at the last drop in london ontario. Pours a goledn body, with a thick and frothy white head. Aromas consist of some hops, grass, and some corn. Taste is mildly hoppy, some bitters. Some sweet malt. Not offensive, just not much here. Yay for non-offensiveness

Corny, watery, grainy and carbonated... sometimes it disappoints me that lower alcohol has to mean poorer taste.
