This 4% beer is filling and makes ya feel heavy in belly. It gives a nice 2 finger head with some laceing for a little while. Pale mildly carbonaded nice looking beer. Its crisp, clean, after a little over half is doen has a lemony taste a bite. It smells like an adjunct lager. taste like typacel 5% lager with more water. After all done its allright but filing, earlie on not great but just an allright beer over all

500ml can. No discernible smell, maybe light cereal if I had to pick something. Appearance is a pale yellow, but a bonus point for actually have some decent foamy, white head. Taste is light, a little malt, some cereal and a tiny bit of bitterness on the finish saves this from being a total waste. Palate is light and crisp, that light, fresh watery, not the gross, bloaty watery. Overall, you could do worse with a light. It was actually drinkable.

Metalchopz (1427) - Quebec, CANADA - MAY 25, 2011
Originally rated June 2008. In Canada, comes in a nice tall-slim green bottle with Carlsberg embossed four times around it. The ABV is 4.0% and listed as an import, as it is written brewed and bottled in Denmark. Pours a pale golden colour with lots of carbonation at first. The head is white, medium-sized, disappears fast enough and does not leave any lacing. The bubbles remaining are pretty big, and at the bottom of the glass. Has a fresh nose of a pilsner at first, but then disappears as well, to find a mix of low malt and slight rusty water aromas. Watery mouthfeel with a crisp finish. Light malt and rustiness is also found in the taste, with a little apple aftertaste. I can say, that this is a pretty good light beer, only dranked from the bottle on a really hot summer day.

Smells of swamp grass, bad swamp grass, like swamp grass that died and has been rotting in the sun for a week. Looks like boring yellow but it at least has some head. Flavour is unintrusive lemon water with a wet finish. Boring, boring boring, and forget about that smell!

Can’t rate this baby too high as I really am not a fan of light beer, but I want to continue to rate the ones I’ve tried. Better than most.

500 ml can from LCBO. Pours a clear yellow gold with modest white head. Aroma of metal and harsh grains. Taste is quite harsh and grainy with some grassy bitterness and metalicness in finish. Quite mediocre.
