3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
As someone who takes no alcohol, this lager appears to be only available in Asda outlets in the UK. One of my favourites. Similar taste as Carlsberg’s more alcoholic brothers.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: MAY 22, 2010 33 cl bottle from my local grocery store (Hemköp).
Clear light golden color. Initiallya big white bubbly head. Died down quit fast, but did leave some head even in the end. Clean fresh malty sweet scent, can’t smell any hops though. Malty, but no overwhelming, taste. Not as sweet as a lot of other alcohol free beers out there. Spritzy mouthfeel from the carbondioxide, but also a bit watery. Low bitterness, but there is bitterness at least, lingers a little in the aftertaste.
Actually a very nice beer for being non-alcoholic and far better than many of the Carlsberg regular beers. Quite drinkable, especially now when the summer heat is starting.
33 cl bottle from the local store. On May 22, 2008
Clear straw yeloow to pale golden color, nice big, fluffy, lasting white head. Mild malty sweet scent. Sweet, a bit thin and sugary, though still malty, with some vegetables, taste. Good thirst clencher for hot days such as this. Medium mouthfeel, medium herbal bitterness. Prolonged lasting herbal bitterness in aftertaste.
Works very well indeed for a non/low alcohol beer, well done Carlsberg!

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
330ml bottle. Golden in color with a small white head. Aromas of wort and floral hops. Nice flavors of fresh wort and hops. Well balanced. In my mind one of the best non-alcoholic beers I’ve tried so far.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. A clear, golden beer topped by a small, white head. Weak aroma, but at least not unpleasant as quite a few NA’s are. Citrus and pine cones and some malty notes. The flavor is pretty much the same, at the hoppy side that is. Lime juice and pine cones, some maltyness as a backdrop. I would like it all more pronounced and there should be some bitterness too. Thin to medium body, pleasant carbonation. Short finish. A decent non-alcoholic, that’s for sure. 110219

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle at olearys visby.
looks like a regular carlsberg.
Aroma of vegitables and malt.
Thin but a deacent tasting for the pale lager/alc free category. Better than having another pepsi when you drive.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle from my local grocery store. Pours a standard clear pale lager body with a medium white head. Nose is wort, dusty hops and hints of wet cardboard, although vague. Taste is surprisingly well-balanced, with some sweet wort being evened out by a bit of dry, dusty hop tones. Low in flavor, as could be expected, but not at all bad for a non-alcoholic beer. Most importantly, there are no obvious flaws to this brew. Among the better within its genre, in my opinion.
