Clear bit deep golden colour with a big white creamish bubbly well lasting head leaving a fair lacing. Fruity metallic aroma with yeast and some alcohol. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet with a soft fruitiness along with a pleasant bitter hoppiness and some malt. Dry bit fruitish alco finish. Not what I really would call a Belgian Ale, more like a pils style.

Bottled@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010 (old backlog). Hazy goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is bready, grainy with mild toffee, yeast and spices. Flavour is being rather similar with also some mild banana and mild sweet citrusy notes.

Deep golden color with a fine head. Malty aroma. Fruity and malty flavor. fine easy drinkable beer.

Deep blond color; medium sized head. There is some malt aroma, not too bad; but the flavor is very poor, corny, papery, and even a bit boozy (Malt Liquor). Bad.

Bottle 66 cl. Clear golden, with a small white head. Moderately grainy, malty aroma, notes of fruit in the direction of pineapple. The taste is complex, but relatively sweet down notes of caramel. Easily drinkable, but boring

Bottle. Clear brown-yellow. Malty cereals with a fresh dry finish. No hops. Why two yeasts ? Okay bier but quite ordinary.

Clear dark golden with an off-white head. Aroma is fruity, light yeasty and spicy. Flavor is medium sweet and light. Soft and smooth with a dry finish. Could use some more power, but a good beer never the less. 091010

Bottle @ Home. Pours light golden with a white head. Aroma of banana and grass. Taste is cloves, banana, grass. Medium body, soft carbonation, bitter finish, refreshing. Overall not a bad beer. 250111

Light brown and clear. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is sweet, some kind of sugars. Flavor starts moderate sweet and finish harmonic bitter. Creamy texture.

A golden beer with a nice head, but a weird aroma of sugar puffs (guldkorn). Hmm, flavor is caramel, honey and easily roasted; actually again like sugar puffs. Not bad, but rather unusual I must say. Medium palate.
