Tasted November 17. 2011: Brewed in 2007. Taste of cellar first, but this disappeared after some time. Very heavy beer. Could be very good in combination with food.

Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, sweet dark fruit, light grassy hops. Taste is malt, caramel, plums and other sweet fruit, light grassy hops. Medium body, soft carbonation. Decent bock. 210409

Bottled, from thewolf. Clear copper color, short head. Aroma of malt, prune, some hop. Bit sweet malty taste, fruity. Bit dry palate. Little bit spicy. Ok bock.

Bottle@LCRBM08. Aroma has caramel and gariny hops. Clear, copper-amber coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is slightly bitter, has grainy and a bit grassy hops, some caramel sweetness. Nothing interesting.

Bottle LCRBM08. Light amber coloured with a small, slowly diminishing off-white head. Sweet nutty-caramelly nose with a molassy and hoppy background. Moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite light bodied for a beer of 7.1%. Delicate malty-nutty and slightly bitter finish. O.K. .....

Bottle. A clear, dark golden beer with a small, off-white head. Caramel-malty nose with some fruityness and a grainy touch. Caramel-malty flavor too, with the same fruityness found in the aroma. Also a touch of alcohol. Medium to full body, slighlty warming. Caramel finish with some alcohol. Sure, it’s a decent beer, but also quite ordinary, or maybe boring in a way. Like it though. (080829)

Golden colored brew. Sweet aroma. Crispy, sweet, malty flavor. Dull.

Clear pale chestnut with just a rim of yellowish head. Very sweet nose, alcohol, malty, old hazelnuts and cashews, sweet honey bread. Sweet bread returning in the taste, with autumn leaves, nutty, but not oxydized. Rather sticky MF, and in fact not very well-bodied. Average. Carlsberg can do better.

Bottle. Red golden brown colour with an off-white head. Aroma is alcohol, fruit, malt. Flavour is sweet, apple, fruit, malt, caramel. Easy drinkable ordinary beer.

(Bottle) Pours copper brown. The aroma is of caramel and bread like malt with some herbal and hoppy tones in the background. Undertones of marzipan and maybe some grass. Hints of sweet dark fruits and spices. The flavour is of bread and caramel like malt alongside some subtle spices and hops in the background. The mouthfeel is clean and light smooth with a sticky sting. Medium sweet and fruity, light to medium bitter and dry. Medium bodied.
