Bottled.
Rather hoppy for a bock. Fruity notes (red berries) and a hint of the bog myrtle. Also had a 5 year vintage that was still with character. Ungstrup (15472), Frederiksberg, Denmark

It has a very nice aroma of rowan berries and porse(?). The taste is slightly bitter but fresh and that of rowan berries. You don’t taste it’s high alcohol content. Definately a great beer. japet (38), Denmark

Sweet barley malt aroma with notes of prunes and raisins. Smooth and well rounded caramel flavor with dry hops low carbonation and a long sweet aftertaste. joss (3701), Garching b. München, Germany

A quite heavy body, which is balanced well by the bitternes from bog myrtle and hop. The first glasses of this beer taste really well, but you’ll grow weary of it soon - so if you plan to open one of the 70cl bottles be sure to have some friends around to share it with. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Aug 29, 2002 The Rowan berries are very obvious. The head is nice, but does’nt last that long. Pretty special beer. karsten (241), odense, Denmark
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 11, 2003 Nice amber coloured. Nose: sweet, port-like, fruity and spicy.
Flavor: caramel, port-like, rowanberry, bog myrtle, complex.
Full-bodied. Ok bitterness in the finish. Long lingering aftertaste. MartinKubert (862), Copenhagen, Denmark

Yet, for me a little untasty because of the content of ’rønnebær’ (Rowan berries). Though, a very fine red colour and a nice head. An interesting serie of fine beers.
