Clear red with a rich head. Spicy aroma with alcohol, caramel, pine and christmassy spices. Sweet flavour, rich in spices, alcohol, caramel and hops.

Nice, fruity odour in the beginning, but it disappears quite fast (maybe because of the drinking glass). Taste is fruity too, and sweet - maybe a bit too sweet. Appearence is dark brown with a thick head that stays for long.

Bottle, 2010-vintage. Mørk-amber farve med hvitt skum. Maltfylt aroma, med noen mørke toner. Smaken er overraskende "svart", med lakris fra anisen, litt over middels fylde og overraskende god stemning i forhold til forventningene. Hint av røyk.

(Bottle) Dark reddish colour with medium white head.Aroma is malty and sweet and flavour is caramel sweet too.

A Christmas Beer unlike most other Danish Christmas Beer. Dark Amber Brown color, with a long lasting head. A taste of toffee in the beginning turning into a light bitter anise taste.

Aroma: Sweet malt, spicey (cinnamon), complex.
Taste: Very sweet some spices, good balance. Body is medium and slightly oily with good carbonation.

This is without any doubt a good beer - probably the best christmas beer in the world - as they say. Has a fantastic aroma and taste. The foam is beautifull and long lasting and creamy.
Extreamly good beer - I have to buy a lot of them and save them in my basement.
The label on the bottle is very nice but has nothing christmas look-alike.

Bottle, 66 cl. Pours redish, dark brown. Clear with a medium beige head. Spicy aroma. Sweet flavor of alcohol, caramel, nuts and spices.
