Darkish amber with a rather short lived beige head. Rather sweet caramel aroma with a slight nutty hint. Similar flavour with some faint but welcome hoppage in the background. Faint bitter finish with some lingering peppery alcohol. trapez (168), Hilleroed, Denmark May 17, 2008 Bottle 0.66 l.
Colour copper red with small almost yellow head - very elegant. Aroma malty. The Spalter aroma hops cannot easily be identified. Taste sweet (caramel). The slight bitterness in the end, which definitely is there, is referred to be due to the Saa hops. The idea is allright but it’s almost impossible to differentiaite the dig´fferent hops.
