Commercial Description:

Golden of color with a white head. An aroma of drust and grainy. A flavor of hops and some sour notes - and a grainy flavor.

Bottle, 66cl. pours a dark golden beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is sweet, malt with notes of grain, caramel and straw. The flavor follows the nose closely. The palate is bitter. Overall a good beer.

12-JUL-2009. Bottle @home. Golden with hig head. A little more density than ordinary pilsner, nice mouthfeel. Apart from that nothing special. I would certainly prefer this to the normal Carlsberg pilsner, but I will not rebuy.

Bottled at PBF. Clear golden, no head. Buttery nose. Sweet with light-medium body. Clean, hard mouthfeel. Some buttery/cellary flavour, but in typical carlsberg manner they fail on he most essential step - you can’t make a pilsener sweet and rock hard!! The lacquer in terms of hops is just surface, and can’t save it from being sterile, dull and highly unrefreshing.
