Bottle.Pours copper with an off-white head.Aroma of spicy and herbal hops, some fruitiness and malt.Flavor is sweet and fruity with some malty and metallic notes.Medium body, average carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, notes of straw and hops with citrus. The flavor is sweet, malt, straw and some alcohol. The palate is dry with some alcohol. Overall an average beer.

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body under a small, off-white head. Grainy, sweetish nose with a sugary fruityness. Grainy and fruity flavor with fruity sweetness. Some metal in the finish, along with a decent bitterness. Medium to full body. A boring one, and too sweet as well. 100108

Bottle. Clear yellow colour with small creamy white mostly diminishing head. Weak malty aroma. Sweet fruity flavor.

Bottle. Golden colour with white head. Aroma mainly maltdominated. I couldn´t find the elderbeery that should be added. Malt taste and not much else.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden colour with a frothy, but diminishing white head. Dry, sweetish aroma. Bit of cereals. Grainy notes as it warms. Dry, metallic and grainy flavour. Cereal finish with a tart note. This is more like a European strong lager than a bock. Back to the lab! 05-12-09.
