COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Carlton Cold was launched in 1993 and enjoys a significant share of the packaged full-strength beer segment. Cold is produced with a cold-filtration process, pioneered in Australia by Carlton & United Breweries and is also the first beer in Australia to be packaged in clear glass and the only beer packaged in unbreakable PET bottles.

Moderate malty. Average frothy initial apperance with a white color. Good lacing head. Clear yellow body. Moderate bitter initial flavor. Medium palate.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Week light hoppy aroma with fruity notes. Nice flavor, sweet/bitter. Short finish. Oily palate. I dont think this one is that bad.....

Worse beer ever!! Clear glass leads to it going off very quickly, anyone over 16 should not drink!!!

A sickly brew that can lead to rapid inhebriation and then to a serious headache. Haven’t drunk this in any quantity for some years now but the memory lives on...

Not a bad beer but not a great one either, a little on the sweet side but a good tasting budget beer, a very popular Premium beer when it first came out but the mob has turned it’s back on Coldies, I reckon its still a good beer even better now that its cheap!

This is the worst full streght beer ever produced by CUB, tastes like mouldy feet. If you ever go to a party and they are serving this tripe, find new friends.

For this price you can’t complain. Far superior in comparison to VB and Toohey’s New. Goes down quite smooth, but it has a sweet bite.
