Lightly sweet wheaty aroma has some grainy notes. Body starts faintly sweet and wheaty with some full carbonation and mild hoppy bitter balance. Finishes drier and grainy, but otherwise pretty standard for the style. kp (6300), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 06/20/2007

Brewosk (137), Illinois, USA Jul 16, 2007 On tap at Carlyle. Tastes of wheat grain with a touch of citurs and honey. A good carbonation and head make for a ver nice flavor Terminus (1955), Illinois, USA Dec 30, 2006 tap at the brewpub-Even though this beer only gets a 3.1, i have to say that it was definately a very nice American wheat. It really shines out from much of the pack in the style. lightly golden yellow cloudy with a fluffy white head. light nose, mostly citrus and grains. citric flavors start-lemon and orange with some light grains on the flavors as well. some banana esters actually come out as the beer warmed mostly on the flavor. great yeast note with nice clean fermentation. soft carbonation and a balanced body definately add to the pleasure of this brew. good stuff back in my hometown!
