A brown golden color with a small dense white head. Aroma is almost non-existent with a very very light grainy-hay note and a light toasted malt note but very hard to detect. Flavor has a Marris Otter malt toasted note, light caramel, light grassy hops at the end. Toffee flavor is definitely there and provides a buttery toffee flavor, the kind you taste on popcorn balls in specialty candy shops. This toffee flavor really comes through about 30-45 seconds after a sip. Moderate density, moderate carbonation an very nice lacing on the glass. Overall the aroma could be a little better but the flavors are pretty unique and really provide an enjoyable long lasting presence after a drink.
