COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A hoppy amber ale. Slight toffee notes at first, with a big hop finish.

Pretty decent drink for an amber ale. It is amber with a good lacing, slightly off-white head. The nose is fruity with fresh apples, complementing the toffee and caramel malt aromas. There’s merely a slightly bitter, earthy smell to it. But the bitterness kicks up in the flavor. It begins with the same fruitiness and maltiness that’s in the nose, then is joined midway through by a floral/herbal bite. Pretty good.

Sampler. Color of an IPA. Nice lacing in glass. Chewy malt flavor. A nice hop finish: light on citrus, more spicy, like…oh, maybe that’s why they call it "The Noble One." Duh.

Nice amber ale with good hop bitterness. Good aroma with light ale color. A good beer in a pint glass to satisfy a few pleasant evening hours.

Got this one in a growler from the brewpub. Dark orange pour with a thin, white head.

tap at the brewpub-pours copper witha a small white soapy head. light nose-earthy. spicy, light pine cones, and nice toasted amber malts. flavors are fairly hoppy for the style-resinous and earthy. some light grainyness on the finish. palate is soft with balanced carbonation. very decent for the style.
