Bottle at Fin & Loz’s tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids consumed 21.10.11 I picked this up in Carrefour, Bilbao, Basque region, Northern Spain, July 2011 Strange aroma to this, much like mushy peas. The colour is golden an there is a filmy white head atop. Taste is just too vegetable for me but also a bit sweet and with mushy peas again. Not my thing at all. A3 A3 T4 P1 Ov6 1.7

Hazy golden color. Smell of yeast and some chemicals, plastic, some malt. Light malt flavor with infinitesimal residual sweetness, some yeast astringency, correct bitterness.
Inoffensive, with minor flaws.

330 ml bottle, from Carrefour, Cartagena. Organic. ABV is 5%. Hazy yellow colour, considerably paler than the ordinary Carmen. Moderate white head. Aroma of yeast and over-ripe fruits. Soft mouthfeel. The flavour is wheaty, light and refreshing, hints of citrus, moderate hops. Not too bad.
