Fin (5749) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 9, 2011
Bottle from the Basque Region, Northern Spain, July 2011 consumed at home 9th November 2011 Pours clear warm gold thin white rim busy carbonation. Slight metallic edge to this, bit flinty as well, soft in mouth with some tinned fruitiness, bit of tinny sweetness, yes that it what I’m getting it’s not dissimilar to consuming the watered down residue of a tin of fruit in light syrup. Not much beeriness here, and whilst far form great it is though a huge improvement on my last two beers this evening. A5 A4 T5 P3 Ov10 2.7

Sigmund (3711) - Hafrsfjord, NORWAY - OCT 12, 2011
330 ml bottle, from Carrefour, Cartagena. ABV is 4.8%. Cloudy golden to brown colour, low white head. The sweetish aroma has notes of ripe and over-ripe fruits and berries, hints of farmhouse homebrew. Spritzy carbonation in the mouth. Medium sweet flavour with fruity notes and moderate hops, again hints of traditional homebrew. Not great, but could have been worse.
