5th March 2008 Tastes more like a lager - albeit a smooth and sweetish one. Other than some sweetness - I can’t really accout for the honey or heather. Slightly dissapointing.

500ml bottle from Kernow mill craft shop, Cornwall. Golden coloured (mine poured crystal clear) moderatly carbonated, with a very short lived white head.Hoppy/winey aroma. Very sweet initial taste with a lingering bitterness from the heather.
Unusual in that the ingredients are listed as only of malted wheat, hops, honey, & heather. - no malted barley !
