The flavor is much simpler but also malty with more leather, wood and some caramel. Has a light and silky mouth feel, light body and bitterness. A very light and sweet porter.

heavy (2270) - Split, CROATIA - JAN 10, 2015
Aug ’14. A 0.33 l bottle from Coop store, Upplands Väsby. Just like the regular Carnegie porter, it poured very dark brown body with small light brown head. Bread and roasted malt aroma, mainly coffee. Flavor was mostly sweet and a bit bitter but hops were not so fine as in regular one. Watery and thin in body, while not being smooth at all on palate! Finish was moderate, brown sugar, sweet, rather simple. Not bad, had its moments, but incomparable with regular version. No matter on alcohol content, this should have been better.

Hoss tjejens päron. Lite rostade och söta toner, passar bättre när man bakar bröd...
