Jeppe (2633) - Ølbutikken, - NOV 1, 2004
Dark amber colored beer with a foamy tan head. The aroma is weak but what can you expect from a 3,5% porter? Roasted malt and little chocolate. Flavor is sweet malty with hints of chocolate. Good taste, just very thin!

Bottle. Dark brown to black with a film of head. Toasted roasted malt aroma. Flavour is a toned down version of the aroma.

The following is actually true: Take an ordinary "Carnegie Stark Porter", place it in a machine that grinds away any protruding flavors and some alcohol, and Voila! You have received a Carnegie Porter 3.5%. So this is a really good beer with aromas of roasted malt, coffee and some chocolate. The flavors, however, is more vague and the body is much thinner compared to the "Carnegie Stark Porter." But this is one of the top 3.5% beers you can buy in Sweden, not a bad rating!

Skakapa (45) - Malmö, SWEDEN - APR 13, 2012
Half litre return bottle from the supermarket. Deep brown, almost black colour with a tan, quickly setting head. Vague scents of roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Thin mouthfeel, smooth carbonation and a discreet bitterness. No lasting flavours and in general good for its ABV without making much of an impression

500 ml bottle shared with Bottleman at Wasanas in Germany. Pours a dark almost black color with a soft tan head. Aroma is caramel, coco, and some citrus. Mainly coffee and milk coco, caramel and roasted malt. Palate is of course light and the finish quick, but the roasted coffee remains. A good beer for its strenght. Something the Sweeds seem to be good at.

tkrjukoff (2673) - SWEDEN - NOV 20, 2011
Sample @ GPF 2011. Pours redish mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is roasted, a bit sweet, caramel, some coffee and malty. Flavor like aroma, nice light bitterness and some nuttyness. Finishes short with a sweetish malty and lightly bitter aftertaste. Quite nice for a low alcohol porter.

_angst_ (998) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 7, 2011
500 ml bottle bought @ Ica Supermarket. Pours deep brown with a beige head. Smell is malty and slightly sweet with subtle hints of coffee. Taste is malty and sweet with subtle hints of coffee and cacao. It has a rather weak hoppy bitterness to it. Finish is sweet and slightly bitter. This doesn’t taste much but it’s quite good for a low alcohol beer. It’s also great for cooking chili :)

UPDATED: JAN 30, 2012 Bottle. Deep brownish colour with a light beige head. Roasted malt and toffee aroma. Roasted malt, coffe and toffee flavour. It is off course a bit light when it is 3,5%, but still very decent
