COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. Pours deep brown nearly black with a small creamy light tan head. Aroma is nicely chocolate with some soft roasty notes, plenty of earthy woody notes, some bourbon that sits nicely balanced, a touch of dark fruit. Flavor is much the same, big chocolate and woody presence, the bourbon is there but not overpowering, dark fruits. Medium to medium full body and a soft carbonation. Good classic porter with just the right amount of bourbon

Very mild, despite the high alcohol strength. Fits equally well with beef as snacks or maybe just for yourself.

Draught @ Ølfestival København 2012.
Pours a black colour with a creamy beigeish head. Aroma of roasted malts, vanilla and butter. Flavour of roasted malts, butter, dried fruits, vanilla, bourbon and low bitterness. Full bodied, smooth mouthfeel and a smooth, roasty bourbon finish. I don’t like the buttery notes here, but other than that this is a well made dessert.

Pours dark brown, almost black with a smooth foamy head. Aroma of sweet roasty malts, salty licorice, chocolate, oak and vanilla. Taste is sweet and slightly roasty and buttery with a lot of bourbon, vanilla and oaky notes. Hints of salty licorice and chocolate. Finish is salty and bourbony. Nice, quite tasty.
