From 0,5l bottle. BBD: 25.7.2014. Pours cloudy dark brown to black liquid, medium frothy tan head. Aroma: roasted, esspresso, dark chcolate, matly. Taste: light sweet, medium bitter, light sour, esspresso, roasted, Palate: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, long dry bitter finish. Overall: quite good, dry roasted taste, appropraite to the style, still light sour (like the ESB) even though stored in good conditions and consumed before BBD.

Bottle 0,50L. Very dark, ruby brown color with large, frothy, light brown, long lasting head. Aroma of chocolate, mold, nuts. Once again, acidic unpleasant taste. I’m kinda confused, tried 3 different Carniola beers in a row and there’s something wrong with all of them...

This stout has an unbelievable aroma, but fails badly with both taste and palate.
Aroma: toast, caramel, caramel, coffee, floral, grass, pine trees, leather, earthy, wood.
Taste: light sweetness, very bitter, heavily sour. After taste is long, but bitter and a little sour.
Should be creamy but is rather watery and dry. Astringent finish. No carboration.

Pours dark with little head. A strong malt aroma, caramel and chocholate notes. Taste is quite fresh, not a lot of body, more fresh than you would think of a stout. Medium sour, light on the bitter side and not quite sweet. A good beer.

0.5 l bottle from Pivoljub, Ljubljana, Slovenia. Dark brown with reddish tint, almost no head. Doesn’t look like a stout. Green apple, this is a bad series. Acidic, non carbonated. Malty, some nuts in background. I can’t rate this.

A really light stout. Not much carbonation. Malty and nutty taste. Rather light bodied, thin, oily. Finish is pretty quick. Reminds me more of a German dunkel than a stout, but really not that bad. Thanks for sharing kapusil!

0.5l bottle. Hazy dark black body, immediately disapoearing light brown head. Aroma of nuts, milk, caramel and some chocolate. Taste of caramel, nuts, cream, floral hops, chocolate and sone dark fruits. OK beer, but nothing extra.
