COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bullpen Pale Ale is crisp and mellow, with a soft maltiness, balanced with a flavorful American hop character. This deep golden colored ale goes great with all dishes and is the perfect thirst quenching complement to a day at the ballpark.

On tap at Motorco in Durham. Pours amber/golden without much head. Nose is grassy and mild pine, some earthy and sweet malt notes. Sort of a vague ale taste; not quite the crisp pale ale I was hoping for, especially from the Carolina Brewery, whose beers I usually dig.

Tap at the brewery. Golden amber with small white head. Notes of toasted malt, pine, earth, herbal hops. Pretty ho-hum. Mehish, but I’d be happy to have this at the ballpark.
