COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This amber colored beer is our interpretation of the classic British Pale Ale originating in Burton-Upon-Trent, England. Three varieties of American grown hops create a pleasing bitterness, aroma and lingering hop taste. Our Pale Ale’s medium-light body and clean taste make it an excellent accompaniment to a fine meal or a satisfying drink all by itself.

Yum. The flavor isn't as intense as most pale ales, but it's a trade-off, as it's also much easier on the palate.

Nice hops, but the flavor is metallic and almost too lager-like. There are way better pales out there.

Has a clear, yellow, lager-like appearence with a medium white head. Flavor is hopped well, but astringent. Cheap ($4.99), but not a very impressive pale ale.

Smooth, unassuming and easy to drink. This is a good one to have if you're not a big fan of pale ales. Lots of hop flavor without too much bitterness. A little on the thin side, but still quite enjoyable.

Crystal-clear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malty, earthy, and light floral. Taste is delightfully earthy, light sweet. Light floral sneaks in there as well. Light-medium body.

This is my local brew. Overall a very good beer. Could use some more hops for my taste. A little less flavorful than some of the classics (Sierra Nevada/Troegs Pale Ale). A good beer nonetheless.

Bottle: There is a light haze to the beer. The color is a bit of a lighter copper hue. The head isn't long for this world after it is poured. Fairly decent aroma of malts, with a whiff of hops and caramel. The taste is a good blend of malt sweetness and some bitterness. Not too bad of a beer. I also have had this on tap. They are pretty much the same.

Pretty middle of the road. Nothing special so far from the Carolina Brewing Co. Strange aftertaste, though.

Draft- This beer tastes much more like an APA than an English pale. The hops are quite overbearing and create a very unbalanced beer. Quite disappointing since I enjoy this brewery’s other offerings.
