Draft pint. Hazy golden slightly amber with small white lacy head. Slight malt aroma with very little hop aroma. Light mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Flavor of pale malt sweetness, with a bit of hop flovor, and some lingering hop bitterness in the finish. Overall a nice clean lightly hoped english style pale ale.

Who knows how many pints of this stuff I’ve consumed over the years. An unspectacular but well done brew, with a heavier, more bready body than the brewers seem to acknowledge and a slightly indistinct hop profile. In general, though, it’s good and clean, with a nice balance between flavorful English style and aggressive American style.

Smell: Rather light aroma of palt malt, grains, with the faintest touch of hops.
Taste: Light pale malt flavor with an equally light sweetness. A medium spicy bitterness kicks in. Splash of cold, cool mineral water. Lightly bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Watery mouthfeel.
Drinkability: Fine for an exceedingly pale pale ale.

12oz bottle. Orange color. Slight aroma of toffee. Flavor lacks. Not much to say. Tastes like a lager. Good hop finish, just not malt character.
