COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This amber colored beer is our interpretation of the classic British Pale Ale originating in Burton-Upon-Trent, England. Three varieties of American grown hops create a pleasing bitterness, aroma and lingering hop taste. Our Pale Ale’s medium-light body and clean taste make it an excellent accompaniment to a fine meal or a satisfying drink all by itself.

Bottle: Courtesy of BlueDevil0206 via trade. Aroma is floral hops with light caramel. Pours an orangish-gold with a minimal white head. Flavor is lightly sweet with some caramel up front with a light floral hoppiness in the finish. A little thin and not a ton of flavor. Easy drinking, but nothing too exciting.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2008 Tap: Not much here. It poured a yellowed amber with a thin white head. The aroma was mildly sweet, grainy, with an herbal bitterness and an odd note of cold chrome. It’s got a creamy mouthfeel but not a heap of flavor. What’s there is a grainy malt, lightly sweetened, with a subtle floral hopping. I suppose "English Pale Ale" is as good as anything else to call it.

Bottle. Pours orange. Smell of citrus and hops. Taste hoppy with a bit of a bitter aftertaste. A decent Pale, but not the most flavorful I’ve had. However, I do like this.

Tap Clear copper color with a full, lasting white head and sticky lacing. Malty aroma with a slight hint of hops. Mot much of a hoppy flavor and a little tinny. The feel is thin and watery - nothing special.

Pours light amber yellow with a thin lacing of white head. Aroma of doughy citrus with just a hint of yeasty funk. Light body and very straightforward flavor. Pale malt with some slightly minerally and citrus notes. Hop bitterness opens up in the finish and finishes dry. I would like some more bready/roasty malt flavors going on, especially for an "English" style pale. This straight forward ’merican.

12 oz. bottle via trade with TURDFERGUSON - Pours a clear orangish color with a 1/2 finger thick white head. Has a light grassy, herbal hop aroma. Has a sligtly sour bitterness to the flavor. Thin palate. Light to medium body. Not the best beer. Thanks Sam.

Enjoyed this decent brew at the flying saucer. IT is what it is, a pale that is dark yellowish with a slightly off grainy aroma. The taste was mostly bitterstraw with a touch of water.

Decent interpretation of the style. Pours a goldish amber in color with a small white head.Yeasty aroma with definite floral hops. Flavor is slightly sweeter than a typical English pale ale, but nice. Bitter on the back end with a pleasant lingering hop finish. Not bad.

Clear golden amber. Malty aroma with not much hops at all in it. Extremely thin bodied. Weak flavor and body with a metallic finish. Not the worst EPA - but not the best in my book either.

Bottle courtesy of ucusty. Pours a medium gold with one finger snow white head and streaky lacing. Nose is grain and light hops. Taste is malt, sweet grain and mild citrus hops. Lighter mouth feel. Not much to this one I’m afraid. Thanks for the opportunity to try it David!
