Sample at OH! Growlers! Tasting on 01/31/2012: Bottle from a BBQ place at the Charlotte airport. The beer is a pale orange color with a thin white head that dissolves quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Sweet strawberry and malt in the nose. Light body with a strawberry Creme Saver flavor. Some malt in the mix too. The finish is almost cloyingly sweet with a strawberry aftertaste. Slightly below average overall. I have mixed feelings as this is the beer that put me in the Ratebeer Top 100 for the first time ever.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Cybercat (1904) - Georgia, USA - JAN 13, 2012
Strong aroma is almost totally of sweet strawberry, with just a hint of malt. It pours a rather nice clear dark amber with a thick ivory white head. Strawberry dominates the flavor, which is otherwise just malty, OK if not exciting. Body is average, and so is the fizz. Not their best, but worth a try if you like strawberries.

Bottle. Why did I buy this? Amber color smell of strawberry and taste is same, gross. Weak
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 KajII (462) - Macon, North Carolina, USA - NOV 20, 2010
Bottle. Poured a medium clear amber with a very small fizzy head that was fully diminishing and had no lacing. The aroma was very concentrated with strawberry’s and had a mild hint of sweet yeast and a light sweet malt. It tasted lightly bitter and mildly sweet in the beginning and finished with a sweet-sour flavor that was loaded with the taste of strawberrys. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a lively carbonation. Overall the brew was OK but really not worth drinking again.

Bottle. Pours a redish amber. Medium sized off white head. Mild strawberry aroma. Taste of the same. The fact that it isn’t too sweet sets it apart from some fruity beers. I’m not a huge fruity beer fan, however this one was very easy drinking.

Clear golden amber pour thin ring of white head ... aroma of sweet malts and strawberry .... taste of sweet malts and strawberry pretty balanced and not too tart or overbearing with a light bitter hop to it ... not a bad brew a simple summer beer
