Bottle at DSG 2011. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is apple, yeast, sourness. Flavour is sweet, apple, yeast, sugar, sourness..Ordinary cider.

Bottle 750ml. @ the after-TFODRBSG11 tasting.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apple, red and green apple, wood, vanilla. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apple, light vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110821]

Botella. Bit unclear deep golden colour. Apple fruitish rubber like aroma. Good mouthfeel., Sweet apple fruity flavour, bit off.

Bottle@TFODRBSG11.Pours golden with a white head.Aroma of ripe apples, apple peel and caramel.Flavor is sweet apple juice with some caramel.Medium body, average carbonation.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A dark golden one, clear and still, with some white bubbles around the rim. Sweetish apples on the nose. Quite sweet on the palate too, with enough sourness to avoid it being cloying. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. Too sweet and all that, but I like it anyway. 110821

Golden with a small white head. Aroma of apple juice with a touch of caramel. Very sweet apple and brown sugar flavour.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a small off white head. Sweet and cloying. Dusty. Red apples. Dry and sweet.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear deep golden with small white head. Flavour is apples, sweet, sugar, dry and a little acid.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are tart apples, stable, wood and notes of sugar.
