COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This wheat kicks ass and takes names! Strong, fresh, aggressive American hops smack your face, but you want more. Intense citrus, spicy hop and wheat malt flavors erupt yet finish amazingly smooth. The Eville will grow in you!

phaleslu (7382) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 23, 2015
Draft at HalfCut. Pours a clear gold with a small eggshell colored head that leaves some lace before settling into a thin film and ring. Notes of grass, spice, straw, sweat, lemon and lime citrus, and pale malts. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a bitter, light, refreshing mouthfeel. Thereís something in here thatís intriguing and hard to place, which makes it well above the standard American wheat ale offering.

jbruner (2873) - Athens, Georgia, USA - APR 6, 2015
Pours a clear golden orange from the bottle with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma is sweet, almost lime and orange sweetness, hint of the malt. Taste follows, bit of bitterness, but definitely big on the lime, almost lemon lime soda esque. Otherwise, easy to drink, but a little thin for a wheat beer.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Aroma is citrus hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is citrus hops, caramel malt, and herbal hops. Pretty mild, not quite like the commercial description.

Bottle to snifter. a very weird creamy ice cream sensation with orange sherbet. Pour is a hazy, dark yellow to light orange. Taste is like vanilla orange icecream. very smooth, almost sweet. The hops are there, but really tangerine and orange. not at all what I was expecting, but good. Could be a bit drier, but otherwise, ok.

12oz can from Big Red in Indianapolis. Clear golden orange amber color. Thin white head. Dots and bits of lace. Medium body. Smooth kind of crisp lighter carbonation. Light soft. Light dry. Good bigger citrusy hop to it. Definitely a hoppy wheat beer. Moderate bitter taste, lighter sweet. Solid zesty hoppy wheat ale. Getting some interesting fruity aromas from this... Like honeydew melon
