1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
12oz brown bottle into nucleated schooner glass. It poured an opaque reddish amber colour with massive (too much so) beige foam, lasting with lace. Nice colour but poor clarity with distracting yeast clumps, massively overcarbonated. Unpleasant aromas and flavours too. Acidic, burnt caramel flavour, harsh bitterness, overwhelming black pepper phenols, hot fusel alcohols. Tastes like really bad homebrew. Winner in the wheat category at both the Great American Beer Fest and World Beer Cup, but apparently that doesnít translate to consistently good bottled beer. Clearly infected, an immediate drain pour. I might re-rate it someday if they get things worked out, but Iím in no hurry.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap. Poured a dark coppery color with an off-white head. And aroma is a mild with light fruit, grain and malt sweetness. Taste of caramel sweetness, light fruit, bit of nut and earthy. Mild bitterness and the slightly slick finish. Moderate body, smooth with a slightly grainy feel.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz bottle picked up locally. Pours a clear amber orange color with a small off white head. The aroma has a general malty character with some off vegetal notes. The flavor has pale wheat malts, light caramel, light fruit, lacking the off character from the nose, I will not revisit this.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear amber with a really nice antique lace head. Slightly sour bready aroma. Taste is sweet pale caramel malt, buttered biscuits and just the right amount of hop bitterness.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Poured from the keg at "Just Tapíd" in Warner-Robins, GA. This is an amber colored beer with a small white head. It has a malt flavor that is very pleasing. I would drink this again. A good beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle pour thanks to drsilverworm. The beer is a clear copper color with a white head of foam. The aroma is strongly grassy and has a little piny. The taste has medium bitterness and a bit of sweetness. Pretty nice drinking beverage. Medium body and medium carbonation. Slick mouthfeel with a prickle of carbonation kicking in.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours clear, dark, reddish copper, almost mahogany, with a fairly thick buff head. This is a wheat? Fruity aroma has wheat and citrus tones plus a malty underpinning. OK, itís a wheat. Flavor has fairly bold wheat, citrus, malt and woody tones plus more than a hint of caramel. Some pear hops out in the finish. Hey, itís dawn somewhere - and some dawns are red.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle. What looks to be a filtered amber-orange body. Thin of white head. The aroma is kind of gross, some earthy mildsour garbage tones on top of the malt. The body is relatively mild, and even though the wheat and amber malt are an odd combination, they work here, as both malts are rather mild. The caramel malts balances it, but also keeps it firmly planted in an antiquated 90s brewpub feel. Not an impressive offering, amateurish.
