COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Red Revolution awakens with a copper sunrise framed by a firm tan head. Luscious wheat and caramel malt connect with earthy hops to form a firm alliance. One taste of this Dawn and youíll join our cause.

On tap at Cuginoís. It poured a cloudy copper color with a white head. The aroma was of caramel malts and some earthy hops. The taste was of caramel, orange and a little light wheat maltiness. Decent.

Thin lacing. Like a pretty smooth fat tire. Smooth. Caramel. Some bitterness. Not much wheat though.

Bottle to half-pint glass. Looks good; a fairly transparent amber with light beige head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells of a nice balance of hops and caramel; almost candied. Tastes like it smells with a mouthfeel thatís more wheaty than amber-ish. The body is lighter, but still there. A bit of tartness on the finish. Enjoyable.

Pours Amber with a thin off-white head. Fruity aroma with moderate hop character. Malty flavor with earthy hop, caramel, and toast notes. Light to medium body. The finish is slightly bitter.

Aroma and flavor is light caramel, malts, citrus, fruit and a slightly sour/tart finish.

Maybe itís because I live in Indiana, so this breweryís bottles arrive fresher than they do elsewhere, but everything Carsonís makes has been absolutely wonderful. This one reminds me a lot of Stoneís Leviathan Ale, only not as strong, which is a good thing. Carsonís is quickly becoming my new favorite brewery.

Slighty hazy amber-brown pour with a small, white head. The aroma has wheat and some grassy hops. It has a medium body with somewhat sticky texture and average carbonation. The taste is lightly sweet with just a touch of bitterness in the finish.

This bottled brew from a beer festival poured a head of foamy fine to large sized bubbles that were and left behind a light cola brown colored body and a fair lacing. The weak aroma was malty. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering malty aftertaste. The semi-sharp flavor contained notes of old ale ginger hops malt and bread dough. An OK brew just nothing special.

pours dark murky yellow with a nice sized white head. aromas of almond, butter, banana and other fruits. flavours are nice but a little thin. some wheatyness and noticeable hops which surprised me. a little to watery but still quite pleasent.
