A golden refreshing beer which represents the classic Mexican Lager tradition.

12 oz. bottle from Las Palmas. Pours a clear gold with lots of carbonation and some white fizz. Aroma and flavor are the same- corn, copper, grass, and grains. Light body with medium carbonation. Not skunky but a bleh Mexican lager.

Tasted from bottle into pint glass. Poured a clear golden color with spritzy white head which faded fairly quickly but left a little lace. Aromas of grass, pale malt, sweet cornbread and very light hops. Flavor is typical of light lager but a little breadier and nuttier than I expected. The corn impression increased as it warmed, but not in an offensive way, it’s just true-to-style. I feel this is a better-balanced recipe than most other Mexican adjunct lagers. Far better than Corona and the like. Great with spicy Mexican food.

Bottle. Pours pale yellow with a medium off-white head. Aroma and flavor of corn, light malts and cardboard. Watery with no hop presence. Boring and no bitterness. Boring and bland but not offensive.

A 40. Clear gold with white head. Slightly skunky aroma. Light mexican malty beer taste, a little pissy, and a little sweet. Actually not that bad, very drinkable.

This beer couldn’t offend anyone. Sweeter than what I expected. Really light, but what do you expect from a pale lager?

This beer tasted good, but not as good as Bohemia. Bought this at Friar Tuck in a make your own six pack. I’d have it again.

Light and crisp but quite watery as well. A fairly standard light lager with a maltiness that leads to a watery thin finish.

Not too bad of a pale lager. Not very much to it, but it doesn’t task skunky or offensive and is good on a hot day
