One of the better mexican beers, but it IS still a mexican beer, so nothing can help that.

Volgon (2698) - Manchester, New Hampshire, USA - FEB 14, 2007
Bottle: Pours a clear gold yellow with a thin white head, mild grassy hops and citrus in the aroma, fizzy light body, starts and ends lightly bitter. Not too bad for random bottle with a Mexican dinner.

Cold 12oz bottle: Pours a clear pale golden color with some alabaster bubbles aroudn the edges. Grassy hops, light sweet malts and citrus. Light bodied with ample carbonation. Very crisp ending.

Bottle: Pale yellow in color with a white head. Aroma, grassy, corn, yeast. Flavor, light corn syrup, yeasty, thin and watery though. Thank god. Really quite bad.

Bottle. Pale golden colour with a small fizzy white head. Aroma of grains, sweet malts and a bit hoppish aroma. Flavor is thin sweet and bit malty, grainy, sligt touch of hops. Thin brew.

Bottle, Lager Glass. very light hops contrast this very light malted brew. Tastes very close to water, very similar to water. Not the worst mexican light lager but by no means a bohemia.

Has more flavor than corona but not a good flavor. The low % makes it tastes a little more watery than normally but can still taste some corn. Could be something else but im pretty sure thats what make the bad taste.
