Bottle. Pale yellow pour with almost non-existent head. Straw aroma. Stale aftertaste. Half a step up from Corona, which doesn’t say much.

Bottle, poured a clear golden color with a very thin white head. Not much aroma, a little bit of malt. Light flavor, typical corn and no hop flavor. Refreshing and went extremely well with the heaping plate of Mexican food loaded with jalapenos. Good for what its for,but would not drink outside a Mexican restaurant.

Typical mexican beer. Refreshing in the heat. Straw color with a very thin white head. Very little aroma, grainy if anything. Light taste similar to other mexican beers, sacrificing strong taste for refreshment. Good beer when on a beach and if you have lime.

UPDATED: SEP 18, 2009 Ah mexican lager..... refreshing in the heat. This is an instantaneously forgettable brew. Thin watery and realy poorly thought thru. Hey...this meets the Mexican Lager tradition of crap!

An inoffensive but featureless Mexican pale lager. It doesn’t help the I tried this after a Bohemia. Needless to say, I switched back to ordering Bohemia.

Not a very tasty beer but it does get the job done, while not the greatest mexican beer it is on the cheaper side it still has an OK piney taste that is not a bad drink if you gotta have a beer!

Bottle at Rose’s Cafe, Santa Barbara, Calif. Very similar to other Mexican lagers. Watery with a bit of a citrusy taste. Decent enough.
