COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A golden refreshing beer which represents the classic Mexican Lager tradition.

Carta Blanca has a medium, white head, and a clear golden color. Barley is the only smell that I could pick up in this beer’s faint aroma. The taste is mild, and again, barley is the main, if not only, feature here. There is a slight hop presence in the background, but it seems appropriate for this product. Mouth-feel is light and watery, and Carta Blanca has a refreshing finish. It is not as dry as American lagers. Although mild, for sure, the beer is not bland. I liked this and would certainly like to enjoy another one. RJT

Pours a pale straw yellow, nose is soapy and sulphuric, taste is very watery and mildly refreshing, hint of a hop bite, no real sweetness or body.

drank out of a bottle. not a particularly bad beer, but you won’t remember it either. i am glad they stock your fridge full of modelo in cancun, because i don’t think i would have had as much fun if this was around everyday!

I drank plenty of this in Boquillas and it’s the same now as it was then. Clear and yellow, good lager head. Not much aroma, and the taste of industrial lager.

Pours a clear pale yellow with minimal head and lacing. Aroma of corn and maize mixed with a slight metallic smell. Taste of a light pale lager with hints of corn. Another in the line of Mexican pale lagers. Nothing special here, except a light pale lager that is not at all complex.

Had this at a mexican restaurant tonight. Nice clean tasting lager. Prefer this over Corona, but not over Negro Modelo. Not bad.

Bottle- Pours a deep yellow color with a big head that fades. Has a stale grain aroma. Clean and a bit crisp. Generic bland taste. Has a smooth feel & goes down easy if ice cold. There are better Mexican beers out there. Best with mexican food.
