2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Slubgob (108) - West Hartford, USA - JUN 15, 2013
Drank from the bottle. Appreciate it for what it is; an innocuous light Mexican lager. A bit more malt and body than, say, Corona. Otherwise easy drinking, unremarkable, but good on a hot day and with good.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 b3shine (2453) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 3, 2013
Bottle to pint. Looks solid; a transparent gold with lively carbonation and fluffy white head that dissipates into lacing. Smells and tastes doughy and skunky, but not unpleasantly so. A bit of bitterness too. Average on the palate. An easy drinker that exceeded my expectations.

Bottle. Sweet barley corn aroma. Hazy gold with a small white head. Malt and mild hops flavor. Light body, moderate carbonation. Overall, actually pleasant, and would make a good lawnmower beer.

Clear light blond beer, creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive, some small sediment floating around in the glass. Aroma: some citrus, grains, bit grassy, very faint in all. MF: soft carbon, light body. Taste: pretty sweet, corn syrup, citrus. Aftertaste: bitter hops, if only a little, grains, sweet, corn syrup. A pretty plain and boring lager, which is a waste of your alcohol calories.
1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 kdm1984 (445) - Missouri, USA - MAY 12, 2013
Classic pee-yellow pale laga appearance. Head sort of surprised me - pretty large and fluffy. Aroma of almost nothing except some vaguely sweet popcorn malts. Watery, weak flavors of the same; fades within a few seconds. Some metallic crap at the end. Better than Bud, I guess, but still not much here. Heck, Tecate is much better than this. I do not know why Tecate is rated lower overall. I did not drink this whole thing. I am glad I got only one bottle.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 ContemplateBeer (1176) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - DEC 12, 2012
UPDATED: DEC 13, 2012 Bottle, Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 2012. Aroma of apple/pear, hay and light floral hops. Appearance is very light gold with light white head; the carbonation is rather light overall. Flavor is surprisingly tasty; there are hay/floral notes up front, with a bit of apple/pear and even some red grape in there. The finish is slightly bubbly but quiet overall. I enjoyed this much more than I anticipated.
0.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20 solidfunk (1919) - Ontario, CANADA - NOV 29, 2012
This is a kick in the balls. Not sure why I went for the Mexican trash lager when there’s so many better Panamanian trash lagers around. Drank this in a park by the ocean in Panama City and left the rest of the can for the next lucky vagabond to take my place on the bench. A sour aftertaste stayed with me during my whole walk home.

12 ounce bottle drank from the bottle in Mexico on the honeymoon, aromas of corn, grains, and some light stale hops. Flavors follow suit, with a light sweetness in the aftertaste. Nothing too exciting about this, however decent drinker to combatant the heat here.
